Towan Beach
A popular and often very busy beach, right in the centre of town, with good sizes of sand and rock, and popular with both surfers and families.
Towan Island linked by a suspension bridge is a must visit attraction!
Blue Reef Aquarium can also be found just by the beach.
Fistral Beach
Fistral Beach is Newquay’s iconic beach, quite simply one of the most consistent and best surfing beaches in the UK and Europe.
This beautiful beach is west facing, long and sandy and backed by rocks and cliffs.
Tolcarne Beach
Tolcarne Beach nestles in a beautiful crescent shaped bay set against a background of cliffs.
The beach offers soft sand, easy swimming, family surfing, and rock pools to explore at low tide.
The Gannel Estuary
The Gannel Estuary can be found on the outskirts of town on the Gannel Link Road as you head towards Mount Wise.
There is limited parking, but the Estuary is an easy walk from town and also forms the starting point of the Newquay to Crantock walk.
